Thursday’s conditioning workout included the following:
Warmup – 2 Long Laps around both fields
Stretch – Form a circle run through stretching sequence
Stretching/Strength
- Leg Lifts
- Ham Stretches
- Knee Lifts
- Calf and Quad Stretches
Track Work – Ran two miles in two groups
- Partners kept track of each others lap count
Core Work – 5 minutes each
- Situps/Crunches
- Jumping Jacks
